The companies within the Biotech group are headed up by the following directors:

Michael Guilfoyle, the Executive Chairman is responsible for technical aspects, including research and development, production set-ups and product development.

Michael has spent the last eight years in full time research and development of biomass fuel as an alternative to fossil fuels. His background and work experience includes business development, product development and marketing, as well as security consulting in various industries.

Ashley Francis, the Managing Director is responsible for all financial and legal aspects of the business.

Ashley is a qualified chartered accountant, and his background and work experience includes accounting and auditing, financial management, reporting and analyses, legal, strategy and corporate governance.

Kevin Godwin, an Executive Director is responsible for strategy, HR, marketing and organisational development aspects of the business.

Kevin holds technical qualifications as well as a degree in psychology and an MBA degree, and his background and work experience includes telecommunications, electronics and engineering design, training and human resources management, and marketing within various industries.
